This panorama opens with a view, from the Western side of Hungerford Foot Bridge, looking towards Westminster Bridge. To the right of the bridge are the Houses of Parliament and the clock tower that houses Big Ben, to the left is St Thomas's Hospital and the British Airways London Eye.
As you start to rotate to your right you will see Portcullis House behind Westminster Pier. As you continue along Victoria Embankment you pass Ministry of Defence buildings - the shiny "gold" thing on the plinth is the "RAF Memorial".
The two boats - "The Tattershall Castle" and the "RS Hispaniola" are tied up in front of the Whitehall Court and the National Liberal Club.
The building overlooking the footbridge is called "Embankment Place", trains Charing Cross Station, emerge from behind it and cross the Railway bridge between the two footbridges. As you rotate across the bridge you get glimpses of the Eastern Hungerford Footbridge
At the far end of the bridge is Waterloo Railway station. Then continuing back up the other bank we pass "The Shell Centre", in front of which is a huge black flag pole erected at the time of the Festival of Britain in 1951. It was provided by British Columbia.
Finally we are back with County Hall (home to the GLC until the 1980s) with the London Eye in front of it and then back to Westminster Bridge.
